Product data integration
This middleware reads your product information from Ergonode and your prices from Exact Online, and writes both into Salesforce on a schedule, without anyone retyping anything. Ergonode stays the place where product data is maintained and Exact Online where prices are decided; Salesforce simply follows.
Product information lives in one place and ends up everywhere it is needed, in the right form, without manual work.
Products and their attributes are fetched from your Ergonode. Only what changed since the last run is looked at, so it stays quick even with a large catalogue.
New products are created, existing ones updated — matched on their Ergonode reference, so a re-run never produces a second copy. Prices follow the product they belong to.
Which Ergonode field fills which Salesforce field, which products to leave out, and which parts of the sync run at all. All of it is set on screen, not in code — and the Salesforce field list is read from your own organisation, so a field added this morning is available this afternoon.
One installation serves several customers, and a customer can have more than one Salesforce organisation — per country or per brand — each set up differently.
Every run does the same four things, on a schedule you choose.
Products and attributes are fetched from Ergonode — only what changed.
Excluded products are skipped; everything else is prepared using your field mappings.
The middleware checks what it last sent to Salesforce and works out what actually needs to change. Unchanged products are left alone.
The changes go into Salesforce — products first, then their prices. Anything that cannot be processed is flagged and retried.
One-way, on purpose. The source always wins. Products follow Ergonode and prices follow Exact Online; Salesforce is updated to match, never the other way round. Nothing is ever written back.
Each part can be switched on or off per customer, so you get what you need and nothing else. Products are always on, because everything else builds on them: Salesforce cannot hold a price for a product it does not know about yet.
API Masters builds, configures and runs integrations between Salesforce, Exact Online and the systems around them. Tell us what you are trying to connect and we will tell you what it takes.
